How do I reset my online banking password?

You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll need to verify your identity using your account information and receive a reset link via email or text message. If you're still having trouble, call our customer service at 1-800-ACME-BANK.

What are your wire transfer fees?

Domestic wire transfers are $25 for outgoing and free for incoming. International wire transfers are $45 for outgoing and $15 for incoming. Premier and Private Banking customers may qualify for reduced or waived fees.

How do I report a lost or stolen card?

Call our 24/7 emergency line immediately at 1-800-226-3227. You can also lock your card instantly through the mobile app or online banking. We'll ship a replacement card within 2-3 business days, or you can pick one up at any branch.

How do I schedule an appointment with a banker?

You can schedule an appointment online through our appointment booking page, call your local branch directly, or call customer service at 1-800-ACME-BANK. Walk-ins are also welcome at all branch locations.

What documents do I need to open an account?

To open a personal account, you'll need a government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport), your Social Security number, and an initial deposit. For business accounts, additional documents such as business formation documents and EIN are required.
